FAQ
What is the minimum time requirement for renting a property?
Each property is rented out one day at a time (24 hours).
What amenities can our customers and their guests expect?
All of our homes are fully furnished. Our kitchens are equipped with basic cooking tools and bakeware.
Each rental home has wireless internet, basic cable, and a complimentary Smart TV entertainment system with Netflix, Hulu, and Spotify. All bathrooms are stocked with clean towels prior to your arrival, and all properties have both a washer and dryer, along with scentless detergent and bleach.
Are/will there be any properties for sale?
No, our firm does not sell properties.

The Blend, LLC takes pride in providing our customers with a clean, safe, modern and comfortable environment in many prime locations.
Are pets allowed?
Excluding our NY apartment, your pets are welcome to visit any of our properties! We ask that pet owners take full responsibility of pet waste, and note that our firm's basic renter agreement contract states that any damages caused by pets will be met with reparation fees.
Is smoking allowed?
We ask that our clients and their guest(s) should step outside rather than smoke indoors. (Note in our firm's basic renter agreement contract that any damages will be met with a fee for reparations; burn holes, ash stains, stained walls, etc.)
